Taxonomic Comment
Lebel, 2011, indicated ITS sequence data do not distinguish R. vittatispora from pachydermis but two taxa were maintained. NZ material is more variable than published descriptions suggest and probably support one taxon, pachydermis being the older epithet [JAC].
