The NZOR Steering Group is a governance body representing all agencies participating and contributing to the NZOR project.  It is a group of senior representatives from agencies/sectors. Their role is to provide strategic direction for NZOR and ensure alignment of NZOR’s goals with their agencies' key policy directions and operational imperatives.

The current members of the NZOR Steering Group are:
