Data will be contributed to NZOR by registered data providers. All data delivered by providers will be covered by an MOE signed by the provider and an appropriate NZOR representative. The MOE will be developed and agreed in consultation with the Advisory Group and signed off by the Steering Group as a part of the role of the NZOR governance structure.

Initially data will be delivered to NZOR as static data exports from local systems and manually integrated into the NZOR delivery platform. However, by the end of the first year an automated harvester will be available to retrieve and load data from the network of providers. In the future the data harvester network and the NZOR data integration process will be key factors in ensuring end users have access to up to date information.

A clear link will be maintained between the source of the records and the information provided by NZOR. This will allow the appropriate attribution of data and reporting data usage statistics.
